Refund Policy

1.Return.

We support return and exchange, but we will consider the specifics of the product to protect customers' personal hygiene and good shopping experience. Our warranty is 7 days, and the goods can be returned or exchanged within 7 days without giving any reason.

If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. (So if you have any questions after receiving the product, please contact us as soon as possible for processing)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. (If the product has been used, we will no longer be able to sell it to the next customer, which will cause very large losses for us.)

It must also be in the original packaging. (Without the original packaging, we cannot confirm whether the product was purchased from our store and customer service will reject it.)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


2.Refunds (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.


We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 days.


3.Delayed or missed refunds (if applicable).


If you do not receive your refund, please first double check your bank account.


Then contact your payment channel. It may take some time for your refund to be officially issued.


Refunds usually take some time to process.

4.Promotional items (if applicable)


Currently only full price items are eligible for refunds, but unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.


5.Replacements (if applicable)


We only replace items that are defective or damaged.


If you need to exchange the same product, please send an email to sales@jellgroup.com.


6.Transport

The shipping costs for returned items are your responsibility and delivery will not be accepted.

After we receive your returned product, we will immediately send you a replacement product from our local warehouse in Germany.

Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for your replacement product to arrive. We will provide you with the logistics order number. You can check the logistics information online. If you have any questions, you can also contact the logistics company directly.
